This past weekend has been uh mazing weather! Sunny with temperatures in the 60-70's, no wind! I wore my leggings, converse with a light jacket and sunglasses! All my favorite things lol! Probably the best fall weekend to date!
But now onto part 2 of my fall favorites this year. You think with me being sick the past 2 1/2 weeks, i would have plenty of time to blog. But i spent most of the time in bed watching tv! What i do not like about fall is the surge of sickness. Luckily, the kiddos haven't been sick so I will gladly get the sickness over them. #momlife
Fall Baking
Oh man, I think I will do a whole blog on it's own for this topic. Or at least post some of my current favorite recipes soon! I hardly bake in the summer, but when cooler weather comes along, there's something cozy about turning the oven on and baking some warm treats!

Since I am a clean eater the majority of the time, I am super into healthy alternatives. So I will make pumpkin chocolate chip cookies, banana bread, brownies and yummy bars, but I will make them as super healthy as I can. Healthy subs is key for me. Believe it or not, I can make grain free cookies, zucchini brownies, pb bars with minimal ingredients, and it'll still taste pretty amazing. I've been super into pumpkin this past month so i've made a lot of pumpkin treats. Some were a miss, but some were pretty freaking delish, my kids gobbled them up!
Crockpot meals
For some reason, crockpot meals seem more of a cold weather meal. I do use the crockpot in the warmer months, but I definitely use the hell out of it in the fall/winter. My favorites are chilis, soups, and shredded chickens. This however was a stovetop soup, and pretty amazing, i'll do a post about this one soon!
And I'm late to the party and just discovered crockpot liners! Am I last one on this planet to use them ?! I'm hoping for Black Friday this year I can snag an instant pot, I've been loving seeing the meals everyone is making with it! If you have one, tell me your thoughts on how you've been loving/using it!
Cozy AF blankets
We haven't had to turn on our fireplace yet, but we have gone to the step right before that. The cozy blankets. My favorites for lounging on the couch are the super soft knit ones. I've found mine at Target, and my current favorite is a gray/white/brownish one on the left that matches a throw pillow I have. This just screams cozy!
Pumpkin patches
My kids are super obsessed with Halloween (my son especially) and pumpkins go right along with it. The day we went to patch as a family, it was sunny with the fall bite in the air. We took a hayride to the patch, got our pumpkins, played games and rides, and just soaked up that fall vibe!
Campfire mugs
If you know me, then you know one of my obsessions in general are coffee mugs. I have seasonal ones as well! I have a hot pink matte one for summer (it's pretty freaking amazing) and my current favorite cool weather one is this one from Magnolia Market. Oh man, isn't it a beauty? I haven't been lucky enough to make a trip to the silos myself, but I did order this mug from there online. It's cozy and perfect for sipping coffee right now.

Fall music
If you don't have spotify, I highly recommend it! It's free, but we pay $16 a month for the family version and that gives us no ads, can skip however much we want, plus multiple people on it. What I love to do is make a playlist and add songs I love to that. So you can make your own fall playlist! They also have so many playlists you can browse that are fall related. My favorite that spotify has is this one
Seasonal tees
Let's be honest, I only have one haha! And it's fairly new! With the exception of Christmas and fall home decor, I have a really hard time buying seasonal stuff in general. I love getting the most bang out of my buck, so the thought of buying something where I can only use it a specific amount of time is hard for me! But I do love the looks of seasonal tees so I bit the bullet and bought a fall tee from Jane, so I figure it's not bad if I get it for a bargain right?! ; ) And I pretty much love it! Oh, and I'm posing with ice cream because I found Halo top ice cream D A I R Y F R E E at my favorite store and I had to document it ; )
Well I'm sure I could go on and on with more Fall feels, but I have to say these are my most current favorites right this second! This is the most magical time where the leaves are a bright orange and to me, it's just calming.
