This is your reminder that these are the good old days.These moments you're living right here, right now, you won't get back. Cherish the people who come in and out of your life. Cherish the mundane days, and those extraordinary ones.

Breathe in those babies, hold that hug an extra second.
Appreciate the fact you are able to go for a jog, some people can't.
Eat that donut.
Be kind.
Take pictures, you'll be glad you did later.
Take that trip, and throw those fears out your window on the way there.

Some days fly by in a blink of an eye, and i'd be lying if I said a lot of days we're just trying to survive. But these days where all we do is run errands and nothing amazing happens except that they got baths? Well I prayed for days like these. I prayed for a happy home and a healthy family, and i'll be damned if I don't stop in my tracks each day and say thank you to the universe.

Those hopeless nights years ago miscarriage after miscarriage still haunt me. And while those were some pretty dark times, they're a chapter in my book. A chapter I name hope. Because the next chapter gave me Landon and Quinn. And when they're grown and i feel like these years went by in a blink of an eye, I hope I was able to cherish these days today I have with them.
These good old days.
