Portland bound

Portland or bust! I LOVE Portland! It's just something about the town that I am drawn too. I love going as a family because we take our kids to the zoo and children's museum and yummy fun places to eat. And I love going on girl trips to go shopping, and also as a day date with the hubs! Although we shopped all day so I'm sure he didn't think of it as much of a date haha! : )

My main reason for going was to hit up IKEA for some much needed organization around our new house. What I did not expect was spending 6 hours (yes 6) there! I love shopping but that's a little too excessive even for me.

This is my face after I realized how long we had been there! We got a TON of stuff but I was ready to be done! 

Luckily we cleared out enough space in the car lol! I was also smart this time around and brought a cooler for a quick stop at Trader Joes. 

Oh and I finally tried the meatballs from ikea, and they're pretty good! I got the veggie ones without gravy and even just by themselves I really liked them. I should have bought some and put it in my cooler ; )

Ikea won this round but that doesn't mean I don't love it anymore because I'm already planning my next trip there lol!
