I've had a few people ask me if the weight is just gained back after doing the 3 day refresh. Well the simple answer is "it's up to you!" ; ) if you ate like crap before the refresh, then go back to eating crap right after, chances are yes you will gain it back. However, in my experience, I see people get motivated by their results and don't want to have that effort go to waste! Myself included. And that's exactly what it's intended for. It's a simple way to start fresh and clean your gut of the bad foods you've been putting in it, and START over. It's supposed to transition you to healthier eating or get you back on track. Because if you take the time and effort to commit to to the full 3 days, then you're serious about getting your butt in gear!
Top is the morning after I finished the refresh and the bottom is a few days after. It got me back on track with my eating and I still felt great afterwards.
I'm so proud to say my group of girls (including myself) lost a collective 30.5 lbs!!! It's amazing and I'm so proud of them for sticking through it and taking charge of their health.
I've had a lot of interest on the 3 day refresh, and while I'm not personally going to be doing one anytime soon, i will hold online groups for it if I get some people to 100% commit to it! All you have to do is connect with me!
